Let us to manage your orders

We have four add-on services that we can offer Web Store customers; orders by telephone, vouchers, domains and print 'n' post.  This brings to you the complete sales management solution.

Telephone Orders

This is a new feature yet to be tried.  We will give you a central telephone number for your customers to call.  This number will take orders for your items via a voicemail service and may be routed through a switchboard depending on how many telephone order lines are required to be opened by us at once.  The information that the customer will be asked for when placing a telephone order is exactly the same as on the website, and all telephone orders will be routed via the Web Store ordering system to give a single method of collecting information.  Payment cannot be accepted with telephone orders and so these orders will all be subject to payment on collection.

Vouchers

The Web Store allows for discount vouchers and coupons to be used when ordering.  We can create these vouchers for you as a single or group discount code offer for single or multiple use.

Domains

For the price of a domain name, we can register your organisation to a unique domain name with a .co.uk, .com, .net, .org or .org.uk website address.  We will link this domain directly to your Web Store.

Print 'n' Post

In addition to managing your Web Store, we can produce for you tickets to sell at your event.  These can be customised with the customer's information such as their name, address, contact details, seat numbers and ticket numbers.  We can produce these in colour or black and white at a size of roughly 200x100mm (w x h) or smaller.

We will then either pass these on to you for distribution at your venue Box Office or we can post them via Royal Mail recorded delivery, or deliver by hand (signed for) if the customer is local to us.
